Our skilled practitioners are able to create a customized treatment that will address your particular needs. We combine aromatherapy, warm oil and hot towels to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. While providing all these benefits during your treatment, we strongly believe in self care. Your massage therapist will discuss any recommendations they see fit for you to keep your body and mind in balance.

Therapeutic massage uses a combination of massage techniques to produce a therapeutic effect including increasing blood flow, releasing lactic acid from muscles, increasing lymph fluid flow, and promoting tissue healing. Therapeutic massage can be used to reduce stress, decrease pain, and increase feeling of calmness and well-being.
Eastern Medicine Healing Session

Balance your meridians and empower your mind & body with this deeply relaxing hands-on healing session performed by our Doctor of Eastern Medicine. Includes acupuncture, hot towels, warm-oil acupressure treatment on neck/chest, arms/hands & legs/feet. Reset your mind and ground your body during this 60-minute bodywork session. You will remain fully clothed as your practitioner utilizes Craniosacral Therapy and therapeutic massage techniques on areas commonly found to hold tension to induce a deeper state of relaxation. Your session may include particular attention to hands and/or feet to assist in grounding and stress release. Craniosacral Therapy helps to normalize the environment around the brain and spinal cord to assist the body’s own ability to self-correct and heal.
rejuvenation treatment
(90 minutes)
30-minute back massage, followed by a customized 60-minute Facial treatment. Includes Skin Analysis, Deep Cleanse, Exfoliation, and Restorative Masques. Neck, shoulder, and hand massage takes you to a deeply relaxed state.
Self-renewal treatment
(105 minutes)
60-minute massage followed by an Express Facial. This Ultimate combination treatment allows your body to completely relax and your skin to be rejuvenated in one service.
