Paillen has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker in St. Paul, for over ten years. Passionate about Healing Touch and the Holistic approach, she combines form and function to her flow. Focusing on the full body, mind and soul, Paillen brings overall release, relaxation and muscle movement, as well as relief from body pain and stress. Over the years Paillen has worked with reintroduction to touch after trauma, PTSD and modalities focused on body awareness, with a calm and corrective approach.
