Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that is rooted in Chinese Medicine. Yin practice strengthens and hydrates the connective tissues of the body through a series of long static holds. This action promotes mobility, flexibility, inner balance, and fluidity. Through staying present with this internal experience, we practice mindfulness, noticing, feeling and presence that guides us on and off the mat. BE with what is…

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow classes synchronize breath with movement, moving through a series of postures linking each asana (posture) with the rhythm of your inhale and exhale. Although this format can be challenging, modifications are always offered for a beginner level yogi.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow yoga is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body and mind in the present moment, think meditation in motion. This Hatha Yoga based flow combined with a 20 min deep surrender stretch series will allow your body & mind to release tension and stagnation. The pose transitions take place in a slow and calm manner, which makes this class suitable for all levels and ages.

Kaitlen
Kaitlen began practicing yoga over 20 years ago when pregnant with her daughter. Yoga and meditation had such a profound impact on her (and her labor!) it has “held her hand” ever since. She has studied many styles of yoga and meditation over the years and remains guided to explore the depth and teachings and share this with her students.
Her classes emphasize alignment and body awareness, pranayama, intentional movements with a graceful presence. Weaving together rich teachings of Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin yoga, and Chinese Medicine allows space to discover, release and connect inward. Kaitlen particularly enjoys exploring the intersection of Ayurveda and Yoga with Chinese Medicine and uniting these 2 medicines together in both acupuncture sessions and classes. She believes yoga is a synergy; an exploration of breath, body, and mind, and at the core, revealing your spirit; your truest self.
Kaitlen is 200 RYT graduating from Devanadi School of Yoga and is continuing her studies this fall in the 300 TT program. She is a 50 hour certified Yin instructor, and also carries a Master’s in Chinese Medicine and is certified in massage and bodywork. Kaitlen is inquisitive and curious, always learning and exploring holistic therapy and wellness that can create vitality and longevity as well as elevate our vibration in the world.

Paige
Paige is a Healing Arts practitioner who is deeply influenced by embodiment and seasonal cycles. She was first introduced to her movement practice at a YMCA during her Americorps year in Boston in 2009. She quickly realized that taking the time to show up on her mat supported not only her, but rippled out to those who she was serving and supporting. Yoga has been a pillar for her for over the last decade.
Although a California native, Paige found her home when she moved to the Upper Midwest in 2016. In the process of landing in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, she discovered that place-based awareness is foundational to nourishing the health of the mind, body, and spirit. With training ranging from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yin Yoga, and Nordic folk medicine, she weaves her background to support her students and clients in their individual path to thrive and connect with themselves and the natural world. She completed her 235 Yoga Teacher Training with Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness and is honored to share these tools with the community at Soul Logic.

Melanie
Melanie has been in the Spa industry for over 23 years. Her passion for helping others has been the foundation of everything she has done. Completing her degree in Kinesiology allowed her to deepen her knowledge of the human body, which she was able to incorporate into her massage and personal training services.
While working in one of the top Salon/Spas in the Twin Cities, Melanie became interested in skincare and went on to become a licensed Esthetician. Being able to serve her clientele in more than one modality was just the beginning, she truly enjoyed helping clients with bodywork, skincare, and waxing.
As the years passed, Melanie started noticing how clients’ lives were becoming more complicated and stressful. Society was evolving and the need for true self-care and soul wellness was obvious. She became a certified yoga instructor to deepen her knowledge of the body-mind connection. Melanie thrives on offering much more than the treatment she gives. Clients receive exercise advice, yoga posture & stretching recommendations, skincare product education, and all things to assist in Whole Soul Wellness.
Melanie’s commitment to guiding her clients towards a pain-free, reduced-stress, and healthy-skin life has driven her to open Soul Logic Apothecary Spa.
